Subject	installed bovs and leaking after 14psi...?

Message	so i put those bovs in that i bought, and they seem to only hold 14psi... with my recirc valves i could hit 16 peak pretty consistently, but now i seem to hit like high 14s and i can tell that its not pulling properly is the best way to test by putting a boost leak tester on my intake ? is there any way to actually test the bovs to see if they are leaking internally when there is boost?
